Works of art and interior objects can be fragile, heavy, of non-standard shape or sensitive to pressure and vibrations. Two paintings of the same size may require different packaging if their frames, glazing, surfaces or fixtures differ.
Before starting, we assess each item, the moving route and the destination. The customer must indicate the characteristics of the item, valuable or particularly sensitive areas, existing packaging and desired placement. We do not use general promises — we confirm the feasibility and conditions of the work on an individual basis.
What does the service include?
We tailor the scope of work to the specific situation. Before confirming an order, we agree on the addresses, the number of people, transport and any additional work.
Paintings and framed works
We are assessing the sensitivity of the frame, glass, surface and fixings, as well as the required protection.
Sculptures and objects
Accurate dimensions, weight, material, centre of gravity, and protruding parts are important.
Antiques
Information regarding age, existing damage, loose parts and restored areas must be provided in advance.
Individual packaging
We agree the packaging type according to the item's shape, surface and intended route.
Movement path
Let's check the doors, stairs, lift, turns and the possibility of getting as close as possible by vehicle.

What information is needed before moving?
For each item, indicate the height, width, depth and weight. Add photos from the front, back, sides, and close-ups of areas that are fragile or already damaged.
Describe the material and construction: whether there is glass, a thin frame, loose parts, a sensitive surface, a plinth or removable elements. If there is a professional transport case, indicate its dimensions.
For shipments with a high declared value, the conditions of liability, documentation and insurance must be agreed separately prior to ordering. They should not be assumed to be automatically included in a standard shipment.

Yes, the packaging solution can be agreed upon in advance. For particularly sensitive work, a box prepared by the client or another specialist may be required.
Is insurance automatically included in the service?
Specific values, responsibilities and insurance terms must be confirmed in writing prior to order; they must not be assumed automatically.
Do you install the artwork at the destination?
The standard service provides for placement in a designated location. Fixing, assembly or exhibition setup must be assessed separately.
