When is it better to take furniture apart?
Large wardrobes, beds, tables and shelves often do not fit through doorways or around staircase bends and take up an unnecessarily large amount of space in transit. Controlled dismantling can make carrying easier and help protect parts if the construction is designed for reassembly.
Not all furniture can or should be dismantled. Glued, worn, fitted or single-assembly structures may be damaged. Therefore, photos, dimensions and, if possible, the manufacturer's instructions are needed before ordering.

What is important to know about reassembly?
Before dismantling, the piece of furniture must be completely emptied. Shelves, glass, drawers and moving parts must be secured or removed. If the furniture already has damage or loose joints, this must be reported before work begins.
The original assembly instruction makes the work considerably easier. If it is missing, a clear photo before dismantling helps. Pack the fasteners separately and label them with the furniture name or number.
Wall mounting, electrical work, plumbing, fitted kitchens and structural alterations are not automatically included in a standard removal assembly; such work must be assessed separately.

No. That depends on the structure, material, wear and tear, and fixings. We confirm the work after evaluation.
Do you assemble new furniture from the packaging?
We match the probability according to the furniture type, instructions, number of parts and expected work duration.
Will the screws and fixings not get lost?
During dismantling, we label them and store them together with the parts of the respective piece of furniture.
Is assembly included in the removal price?
Only if it is specified and included in the specific offer. Assembly increases the working time.
Are you going to attach the furniture to the wall?
Wall fixings and drilling are not automatically included. They must be assessed separately based on the wall and the piece of furniture.
What should I do if fixings are missing?
Inform us before the work. If parts are missing or damaged, safe assembly may not be possible.
