Equipment delivery with scheduled carrying inside
Home appliances are often heavy, awkward to grip and sensitive to improper transportation. Therefore, prior to delivery, it is important to know not only the addresses, but also the exact model of the appliance, dimensions, weight, packaging condition and the route for moving it into the room.
We can collect appliances from a shop, warehouse, private address or previous residence. Loading, carrying upstairs and positioning are arranged based on the number of floors, lift dimensions, and the width of doors and staircases. The connection of electricity, water or other utilities is not automatically included in the transport service.
What does the service include?
We tailor the scope of work to the specific situation. Before confirming an order, we agree on the addresses, the number of people, transport and any additional work.
Fridges and freezers
Before moving, the device must be emptied and prepared in accordance with the manufacturer's transport instructions.
Washing machines and tumble dryers
Disconnection and transit bolts are to be prepared by the customer, unless agreed otherwise for additional work.
Dishwashers
Before being moved, the appliance must be disconnected, emptied and free of loose shelves or parts.
Delivery from store
Specify the order collection location, time window, package dimensions and required documents.
Ascent and descent
We assess the number of movers based on the weight of the appliance, floors, lift and the moving route.
Transport and reinforcement
We position and secure the equipment in transport, taking into account the specific characteristics of the particular device.

New or used equipment from a shop, warehouse, classified ad seller or other private address.

What needs to be checked before the delivery of the equipment?
Measure not only the device, but also the packaging, doorways, hallways, stair turns and the lift. Sometimes packaged appliances are considerably larger than the device casing specified by the manufacturer.
The appliance must be unplugged, emptied and prepared for transport. Washing machines may require transit bolts, while the placement of fridges and the time before turning them on are determined by the manufacturer's instructions.
If there are narrow stairs, difficult turns or a high floor without a lift, send a photo or video. We confirm the feasibility of the work only after assessing access and weight.

Do you deliver appliances from the store?
Yes, if the collection address, time window, order details and package dimensions have been agreed upon.
Do you deliver appliances to any floor?
We assess the feasibility and price of delivery based on weight, stairs, lift, doorways and the required team.
Do you connect washing machines or dishwashers?
Connection is not automatically included in the transport. Such work must be agreed separately before ordering.
How to prepare a fridge?
Empty it and follow the specific manufacturer's instructions regarding defrosting, transportation position and the time before switching it back on.
Do you take away old appliances?
Relocation to another specified address can be arranged. Disposal should not be considered an automatically included service.

Based on the model, it is often possible to check the exact dimensions and weight in order to select the appropriate transport and the number of movers.
